👋 Team News

We are delighted to welcome back Jessie Judd, our Clinical Lead, who has recently returned from maternity leave. Jessie’s experience, leadership, and warm approach are such an important part of our practice, and we’re thrilled to have her back with us.

We’re also very happy to share some wonderful news about Chelsie Steadman, who is expecting her second baby in April. Many of you will remember Chelsie from her time working alongside Noel Hatton and later his successor, Param Bhangu, before moving into her current role on reception. Please join us in congratulating her and wishing her and her family all the very best as they look forward to welcoming their new arrival in the spring.

We’re incredibly proud to have her as part of our team and look forward to seeing what she achieves next. Dr Kiran Shankla, who works at Kendrick View Dental Practice, on London Road, scooped the award in front of over 1000 fellow professionals at The Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane, London. The former Maiden Erleigh pupil fought off 18 other finalists on the night to secure the award, with the judging panel made up of industry-leading dentists, clinicians and academics. The category had the largest number of applicants of any in the competition.
Dr Shankla, who has lived in Earley for 22 years, said: It's amazing to have won it, it's been a long career, and it's nice to be recognised. I love working in the area, and it's great to be growing a good reputation.
As well as having been a practising dentist for 12 years, Dr Shankla lectures around the UK and internationally. She used the opportunity to highlight the importance of visiting the dentist, the role dentists play in society, and how to prevent oral health diseases.
