Terms and Conditions:-
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please phone or email the Practice to cancel, preferably giving 24 hours notice, otherwise a fee may be charged.
Before treatment starts we will give you an estimate of the likely cost. We accept payment by:
- Cash or cheques.
- Credit and debit cards.
- Spreading the cost of a proposed treatment plan over several months. From time to time this may be offered on an interest free basis.
- Becoming a member of Denplan, a monthly maintenance plan which includes emergency insurance whilst you are away from home, world wide-travel insurance and accidental dental damage )
- We can also set up a standing order arrangement for monthly budgeting.
For your financial security, card numbers are not stored in the Practice but are deleted following the end of day reconciliation.
