
Judith Chandler, our practice manger, is at the heart of the practice. She joined as a receptionist in 1972 and having excelled at every non-clinical job, has developed a deep understanding of the needs of her staff, the dentists, and most importantly our patients.
Her ready smile, positive attitude, and sympathetic ear have endeared her to many of our patients over the years. Explaining why she insists on working from reception she says 'It keeps me in contact with our patients'.
She has played a major role in the continued expansion and success of the practice and now manages a team of nine clinical and fifteen non-clinical members of staff. Her special responsibilities are staff recruitment, training and development, overseeing the practice information technology network, and complaints co-ordinator.
