Obviously there are times when you can’t keep an appointment and we do understand this. Sickness can strike suddenly.

We would prefer forty-eight hours notice but please remember that long appointments are much harder to fill if they are cancelled at short notice. We do reserve the right to charge for failed appointments or appointments cancelled at short notice. The fee we charge is to cover our costs.
